    John Arthur

    Performance Manager

Hello, I’m John Arthur. My passion for anything with an engine started early with dirt bikes and quickly evolved into open-wheel racing by the age of 16. That early start led into a 20-year professional career in the automotive and motorsport world, where I’ve worked across the country from coast to coast. My experience spans a wide range of roles, including managing the largest racing school in California, helping design and launch a performance car company in Utah, working as a performance engineer for GT3 race teams in multiple national series, and developing exotic vehicles aimed at breaking world records in Florida. I’m also a national instructor with the Porsche Club of America and work as a driver coach in motorsports. Today, I bring that background to Eurowise Performance, focusing on delivering a boutique, concierge-level experience for clients. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain drives, track days, and car culture events wherever they take me—but I’m just as comfortable slowing down to appreciate the process behind the machines as I am the driving itself.

    Jon Di Nola

    Client Service Advisor

Hi, I’m Jon. I bring a background in automotive sales with a strong focus on exotic and classic car consignment. My passion for vehicles started early—building custom skateboards for friends in elementary school—which quickly grew into designing in CAD and fabricating custom bicycles, minibikes, go-karts, and drift trikes throughout high school. That hands-on drive carried into college, where I completed a full nut-and-bolt restoration of Honda’s first mass-produced car, a 1971 N600, further solidifying my appreciation for thoughtful, mechanical craftsmanship. At Eurowise Performance, I oversee the majority of our in-house Cayenne builds, taking a collaborative and detail-driven approach to each project. I work closely with the team to ensure every build aligns with the client’s vision while pushing creative boundaries—refining details, exploring unique solutions, and striving to make each vehicle more distinctive than the last. I’m especially drawn to lightweight, unconventional platforms and builds that break away from traditional formulas. Outside the shop, you’ll usually find me in the garage working on my classic cars, exploring North Carolina’s mountain roads, or connecting with the local automotive community whenever I get the chance.

    Phil Trlica

    Master Automotive Technician

Hello, I’m Phil, an American gearhead who’s been turning wrenches since my early teens. What started as a childhood passion became a career in 2004, and I’ve spent the last two decades growing my knowledge and skills. Today, I’m proud to be certified by both McLaren and Mercedes-Benz. My personal life is just as high-octane as my professional one. My garage is home to a collection of Mercedes, BMW, and Lotus vehicles that I personally modify, maintain, and drive, along with a variety of two-wheeled machines. Whether I’m chasing lap times at track days or heading out on off-road excursions, I’m happiest when wheels are turning underneath me. While I live for the sound of a tuned engine, I find my balance in the quiet of the natural world. I’m a dedicated family man, animal and plant lover who believes the best way to recover from a week in the shop is to get lost in the great outdoors.

    Ronnie Taylor

    Master Automotive Technician

Hi, I’m Ronnie. I’m originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, and bring over 20 years of experience working with European vehicles across service, performance, and restoration. I spent many years in the Volkswagen dealership network, where I became a certified VW Master Technician and High Voltage Expert, specializing in advanced diagnostics and modern vehicle systems. My background blends factory-level training with hands-on performance and restoration work, shaping a well-rounded approach to every build and repair. Outside the shop, I enjoy staying active and working with my hands in different ways. Whether I’m modifying my own cars, rock climbing, playing chess, or restoring a vintage sailboat, I’m always drawn to challenges that require focus, creativity, and attention to detail—and I’m rarely far from my go-to meal at Chick-fil-A.

    Jonathan Grace

    Master Automotive Technician

Hi, I’m Jonathan. For the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to building and working on high-level exotic cars, European restorations, and professional sports car racing programs. My career has taken me to the highest levels of competition in the country, including IMSA and SRO, and I’ve been fortunate to be part of a class win at the Race to the Clouds at Pikes Peak. I’m originally from Florida, but made the move to North Carolina to be closer to the things I’m most passionate about—racing and the mountains. Whether I’m behind the wheel on track or exploring back roads, I’m always looking for the next drive. When I’m not at the shop, you’ll usually find me chasing that balance between speed and scenery, somewhere between asphalt and dirt.
